精神病医院午晚间护理质量监控措施探索

Exploration of nursing quality supervision at noon and night in psychotic hospital

目的探讨午晚间护理质量监控的有效措施。方法自制调查表,由经过培训的护士长采用隐蔽观察法和现场质量检查法,对84名护士新监控措施实施前后午晚间护理质量、劳动纪律等进行评估。结果新监控措施实施后午晚间护理质量、巡视观察、基础护理、护理记录、劳动纪律好于实施前（P〈0.01）;新措施实施后2年住院精神病人意外事件发生少于实施前（P〈0.01）。结论完善的午晚间护理质量监控措施可有效提高护理质量,减少住院精神病人意外事件的发生。

Objective To explore the effective measures of nursing quality supervision at noon and night.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used by the head-nurses who received the regular training.They used secluded observation and present quality check to evaluate 84 nurses＇ nursing quality at noon and night and labor discipline before and after carrying out new supervision measures.Results After carrying out the new supervision measures in working,the nursing quality,round-observation,basic nursing,nursing record, labor discipline were much better than before they were（P〈0.01）;especially after two years＇ practices,the accident rate of psychopath was obviously less than that before two years（P〈0.01）.Conclusions All-around nursing quality supervision measures at noon and night can effectively improve nursing quality,and reduce the occurring rate of the psychopath＇s accident.
