围手术期访视护理在心脏介入治疗中的实践与探索

Practice and exploration of peri-operational visit-nursing in cardiac intervention therapy

目的探讨介入护士对心脏介入治疗病人围手术期进行访视护理的干预效果。方法将103例择期心脏介入治疗病人随机分为观察组（接受访视）和对照组（未接受访视）。并测定其访视前后焦虑值、心率、血压、并发症、护理工作满意度指标。结果观察组病人的焦虑值和血压心率波动明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;术中和术后并发症发生与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;对护理工作满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论介入护士给予访视护理可减轻病人术前焦虑程度,积极配合手术,降低并发症,融洽护患关系,提高心脏介入手术围手术期整体护理水平。

Objective To explore the effect of peri-operational visit-nursing in the patients with cardiac intervention therapy.Methods 103 patients with scheduled interventional cardiac procedures were divided randomly into observation group（received peri-operational visit-nursing） and control group（did not received peri-operational visit-nursing）. The anxiety level,heart rate,blood pressure,complication,and satisfaction rate before and after the visit-nursing of two groups were measured.Results The anxiety level and blood pressure and heart rate of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Operation complications were less in observation group than in control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate was higher in observation group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Peri-operational visit-nursing by professional interventional nurses can lighten the patients＇ anxiety,increase their cooperation,reduce complications,and finally enhance the nursing quality of peri-operational period of cardiac intervention therapy.
