老年患者静脉输液护理风险管理的研究

Study of nursing risk management on the venous transfusion in the elderly patients

目的评估老年患者静脉输液中可能发生护理缺陷的风险因素,制定出适用于老年患者,安全、科学、规范、人性化的输液服务流程。方法80例患者被随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组应用输液巡视单及相应护理干预措施,对照组采用常规输液护理,2组分别发放自行设计的调查问卷,评价患者满意程度及并发症发生情况。结果实验组液体外渗、皮肤青紫瘀斑的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;在输液患者满意度的调查中,2组有明显的差异（P〈0.05）,并且实验组患者对输液的担忧总体低于对照组。结论输液前、中、后采取规范的干预措施,增强了护士的主动服务意识,减少和避免了输液的并发症,提高了老年患者静脉输液的安全性和满意度。

Objective To evaluate risk factors probably causing nursing deficiency in the venous transfusion in the elderly patients,and work out safe,scientific,standard and humanized transfusion service flow applying for the elderly patients.Methods Eighty patients were divided into two groups： investigation group and control group.Transfusion visit list and related nursing intervention measures in the investigation group and routine transfusion nursing measures in the control group were applied.The questionnaires designed respectively were adopted between two groups.The patients＇ satisfactory degree and complications were evaluated.Results There were significantly differences between two groups in the liquid exosmosis,skin cyanosis and petechia and patients＇ satisfactory degree,and the investigation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Applying the standard intervention measures during the venous transfusion can enhance active service consciousness of nurses,lessen and avoid complication of transfusion and improve satisfactory degree and safety on the venous transfusion in the elderly patients.
