临床护士掌握血液标本检验前质量控制知识的调查

Investigation of nurses＇ knowledge on quality control of blood sample

目的了解临床护士对于血液标本检验前质量控制知识的掌握度,以达到提高血液标本采集质量的目的。方法采用自制调查量表对本院在职护士进行抽样调查。结果高学历、高职称、高年资临床护士对血液标本检验前质量控制知识的掌握率明显优于低学历、低职称、低年资临床护士。结论重视低学历、低职称、低年资临床护士的培养,加强其血液标本相关知识的掌握,对血液标本检验前质量控制及提高护士操作技能水平有重要意义,为进一步相关研究提供依据。

Objective To understand the nurses＇ knowledge on quality control of blood sample in order to enhance the quality of blood sample.Methods The clinical nurses in a hospital were investigated with self-made scale.Results The nurses with higher education background or senior position or longer work-time had more knowledge than those with low education background or junior position or short work-time.Conclusions In the nurses with low education background or junior position or short work-time,the training on taking blood sample should be enhanced,which is important for the quality control of blood sample and improvement of nurses＇ skill.
