2011例干部口腔健康调查及口腔疾病的分析

Analysis of 2011 army officers＇ oral health status and oral disease

目的了解分析军队干部口腔健康状况,为口腔保健及口腔疾病的预防提供依据。方法依据2006年度军队干部健康查体资料,统计分析了2 011例查体人员的口腔检查数据。结果口腔疾病患病率为83%,前10位口腔疾病分别是牙缺失、牙结石、活动义齿、残根残冠、楔状缺损、龋齿、补牙、烤瓷、牙龈炎、牙周炎。结论军队干部口腔健康状况较差,应加强口腔保健工作。保持口腔卫生,实施定期检查,早期治疗是保证口腔健康及预防口腔疾病的关键。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the oral health status of army officers in order to provide reference for preventing their oral disease.Methods Examination data of 2011 army officers with oral disease were analyzed statistically.Results 83% of the patients were found with oral disease.Tooth fill,dental porcelains,gingivitis and several others were top ten oral diseases found in them.Conclusions The oral health status of army officers are not well.Oral health care should be enhanced.Maintenance of oral hygiene,regular examination and early treatment are the key measures to cope with oral health status.
