摘要
目的探讨2种消毒方法对口腔正畸印模的消毒效果。方法抽取2007年7月在我院就诊的48例门诊正畸患者的印模（上下颌共96个样本）分2组消毒处理后进行消毒效果监测。实验组采用印模清洗消毒机（加温至80℃）消毒处理;对照组采用含氯消毒液（健之素）浸泡处理,比较2组的消毒效果。结果采用印模清洗消毒机的48个样本细菌培养全部合格,无细菌生长,合格率为100%;采用含氯消毒液（健之素）浸泡处理的48个样本,有8个检测不合格,有细菌生长,合格率为83.33%。结论印模清洗消毒机消毒效果明显优于含氯消毒液浸泡处理,有利于减少医院内交叉感染。
Objective To explore the effect of two disinfect methods used in dental impression.Methods 48 oral impressions of orthodontic outpatients in July,2007 were monitor on their disinfection.Experimental group was disinfected with automatic washer machine;while control group was deal with compound chlorine disinfect solution.The disinfection effect of two groups was compared.Results Experimental group had no bacteria grown,and the qualified rate was 100%.Control group had bacteria grown,and the qualified rate was 83.33%.Conclusions The disinfection effect of automatic washer machine outstrips the effect of compound chlorine disinfect solution,and it can be benefit for reducing cross infection in the hospital.
