护理管理中人本管理模式的构成要素分析

Analysis of elements in humanistic management model of nursing management

人本管理是对传统管理理念的变革和革新,近年来,护理管理中也开始吸纳人本管理这一重要思想。本文从人本管理的基本理论出发,结合护理管理的自身特点,提出在护理管理中运用人本管理的前提、主要方法、最终目标、基本要求和重要组成等五个构成要素,从而将人本管理的内涵更加清晰化。

Humanistic management is the reform and innovation for traditional management.Recently,nursing management begins to draw on this important thought of humanistic management.Based on the basic theories of humanistic management and the characteristics of nursing management,five elements are proposed and analyzed to make the connotation of the humanistic management more clear,which include the premise,the main methods,the ultimate objective,the basic requirements and the important composition for the application of humanistic management in nursing management.
