71例男性癌症患者的人格因素分析

Analysis on personality factor of 71 male patients with cancer

目的探讨男性癌症患者的人格特质,了解癌症患者的心理,从而针对该人群展开心理护理。方法以R.B.Cattel 16项人格因素测评量表为工具对71例男性癌症患者进行测评,并与辽宁省男性成人常模比较。结果男性癌症患者的16项人格因素与成人常模比较,除稳定性、有恒性、实验性、紧张性外,其余12项个性因素均有显著性差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论“痛苦与憧憬并存,彷徨与进取同在”已成为众多癌症患者的主要心理状态。为了形成更良好的护患关系,护士应根据患者的个性特点施行各种切实有效的护理方法,给予患者心理上的支持和照顾。

Objective To explore the personality trait of male cancer patients, and to deep the understanding of cancer patients＇ psychology, thus expanding the psychological care aiming at these people. Methods Totally 71 male cancer patients were selected. And their personalities were evaluated using Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire （16PF） advanced by R. B. Cattel, and compared to the male adult normal model of Liaoning province. The mean value and standard deviation were computed by SAS 9.0 software, and the t-test for two sample means was conducted. Results Through comparing the 16 personaiity factors between the male adult cancer patients and the adult normal model, except for the psychological stability, persistency, experiment and nervousness, the remaining 12 personality factors were significantly different （P〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01）, Conclusions ＂Suffering and hopes, indecision and aggressiveness＂ were the mainstay of cancer patients＇ psychological problems, In order to establish a better relationship with patients, nurses are urged to perform the psychological care on a person-specific basis, and give the psychological support and care to patients.
