体位护理在髋部骨折患者中的应用

Body position nursing applied in patients with sciatic bone fracture

目的探讨髋部骨折患者采取何种体位护理方式更舒适。方法随机将100例髋部骨折患者分为实验组和对照组各50例,实验组病例采取协助体位护理为辅、以自我体位护理为主;对照组病例只采取协助体位护理方式。结果2组患者在进行不同的体位护理方式后,对疼痛的感受程度及躯体移动度,差别有高度显著性意义（P〈0.01）。说明实验组采取的体位护理方式优于对照组。结论对患者进行有计划、有系统的体位护理方式,既可提高患者的自理能力,又可使患者减轻疼痛或无痛,提高了患者治愈疾病的信心。

Objective To explore the best body position nursing for the patients with sciatic bone fracture. Methods 100 patients with sciatic bone fracture were divided into randomly into experimental group and control group, and 50 cases on each group. The patients in experiment group adopted assistance body position nursing and self-care body position nursing. Control group adopted assistance body position nursing only. Results There were significant differences in the patients＇ feeling of ache and body ambulation degree between two groups （P 〈 0.01）, and the effect of experiment group was better than that of control group. Conclusions Systematic body position nursing can improve the patients＇ self -care ability and ease their ache as well as raise their confidence of recovery.
