个体化健康教育模式对神经外科手术患者预后的影响

Impact of individual health education on patients＇ prognosis after neurosurgical operation

目的探讨个体化健康教育模式对神经外科手术患者预后效果的影响。方法将109例神经外科手术患者随机分为观察组55例,对照组54例。观察组实施针对神经外科手术患者特点给予个体化健康教育干预,对照组给予常规护理指导。2组进行健康评估,心理测评,护理质量满意度调查,比较2组并发症发生率,平均住院时间、住院费用情况。结果观察组的健康评估明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,心理焦虑均值、并发症发生率降低（P〈0.05）,平均住院时间缩短（P〈0.05）,住院费用降低（P〈0.05）,护理质量满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论个体化健康教育模式对神经外科手术患者术后健康状况有良好的促进作用,减少心理疾病和并发症的发生,是改善患者预后生活质量行之有效的方法。

Objective To explore the impact of individual health education on the patients＇ prognosis after neurosurgical operation. Methods 109 patients after neurosurgical operation were randomly divided into two groups： observation group（55 cases）, control group（54 cases）. The patients in observation group applied individual health education according to the individual characteristics of the patients and their operations, and those in control group applied routine postoperative nursing. The two groups were compared on their health evaluation, psychological assessment, nursing quality satisfaction, complication occurrence, mean hospitalization period and hospitalization cost. Results Compared to the control group, observation group had superior health evaluation （P 〈 0. 05）, less psychological anxiety （P 〈 0.05）, less complication （P 〈 0.05）, shorter hospitalization period and lower hospitalization cost （P 〈 0. 05）. And the nursing quality satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Individual health education mode can greatly promote patients＇ health condition after neurosurgical operation and reduce the occurrence of psychological disease and complication. It is an effective way to improve the patients＇ quality of life after neurosurgical operations.
