氯膦酸盐(clodronate)是一个不含氮的双膦酸盐类药物,它能够通过抑制破骨细胞的活性抑制骨质吸收,从而减少恶性肿瘤骨转移后的骨相关事件的发生率,治疗恶性肿瘤相关的骨痛和高钙血症,改善肿瘤或肿瘤治疗相关的骨质疏松情况。本文将对氯膦酸盐在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用作一个回顾。
Clodronate is a non-nitriogen-containing bisphosphonate. It can inhibit osteoclast activity and thereby inhibit bone resorption. Clodronate can reduce the incidence of skeletal complications in patients with bone metastases and improve body mineral density losses resulting from cancer or anti-cancer treatment. This paper reviews the application of clodronate in cancer.
