CORTISOMOL糊剂封闭磨牙髓室底意外穿孔的近期临床观察

Short-term results of combined use of CORTISOMOL and cement in repairing perforation of pulp floor in molors

目的观察CORTISOMOL糊剂与水门汀垫底材料联合修复磨牙髓室底意外穿孔的临床疗效。方法32例髓室底意外穿孔的磨牙,用CORTISOMOL糊剂调成粘稠可压形的程度,置入牙髓室底穿孔部位,氧化锌暂封2月后无症状者,去掉部分氧化锌,在其上方用磷酸锌水门汀加复合树脂充填,并行冠修复,1年后根据临床症状、X光片和临床检查,评价治疗效果。结果32例中成功25例,失败7例,成功率为78.1%,穿孔直径小的成功率高于穿孔直径大者(P<0.05)。结论CORTISOMOL糊剂封闭磨牙髓室底意外穿孔的近期临床效果比较满意。

Objective To study the clinical effects of combined use of CORTISOMOL and cement in repairing perforation of pulp floor in molors. Methods Thirty-two cases of perforations of pulp floor in molors were repaired by CORTISOMOL combined with cement, and the clinical effects of the repair were evaluated by X- ray and clinical symptoms 1 year after treatment. Results Among the 32 teeth, 25 teeth were considered successful. The success rate was 78. 1%, and the success rate of smaller perforations was higher than that of the bigger ones （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The use of CORTISOMOL for the treatment of perforations of pulp floor in molors could obtain satisfactory short-term results.
