睾丸扭转l8例诊治体会

摘要睾丸扭转是泌尿外科急症，临床较少见，易误诊为睾丸炎性疾病，最终导致睾丸坏死或不可逆性睾丸萎缩，故早期诊断和正确处理是治疗的关键。我院2000年1月一2006年6月共收治18例，现总结报告如下。
