麻醉药物在心肌缺血预处理中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 据文献报告,围手术期心肌缺血的发生率为8%~37%,最高可达78%。若术前并存有心血管疾病、冠状动脉疾病或曾有心肌梗死老年患者(>65岁)则更高,围术期心肌缺血发生率可达90%以上。缺血性心脏病是目前心脏病人进行非心脏手术最多的病例,围手术期的心脏事件是这类病人围手术期死亡的主要原因。
