摘要
目的:探讨MEBT/MEBO治疗糖尿病病人发生大面积烧伤的效果,总结MEBO在治疗中的重要作用。方法:在控制血糖前提下,全程应用MEBO及MEBO药纱,进行湿润疗法,较大面积的Ⅲ度创面辅以肉芽创面自体皮覆盖。结果:21天～56天,15例全部治愈,无一致残。结论:MEBT/MEBO可用于糖尿病大面积烧伤病人的治疗。
Objective： To study the curative effect of MEBT/MEBO on treating extensive burns of diabetic patients, and to summarize the important role of MEBO in treatment. Method： Under controlling blood glucose, MEBO and MEBO gauze were applied in whole treatment course with assistance of autologous skin grafting to close extensive three degree granulation wounds. Results： Within 21 -56 days, all 15 cases were healed without any disability. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO can be applied to treat extensive bums of diabetic patients.
