创面负压疗法治疗压迫性溃疡的临床应用

Clinical Application of Negative Pressure Therapy of Wounds to Treat Pressure Ulcers.

目的:探讨创面负压治疗与湿润烧伤膏结合治疗压迫性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:通过对30例患者因不同原因所致压迫性溃疡的治疗,观察负压疗法与烧伤膏外用联合治疗压迫性溃疡的疗效。结果:30例患者37处创面全部愈合,最短愈合时间为7天,最长100天。结论:负压疗法与湿润烧伤膏联合治疗压迫性溃疡方法简单,实用性强,疗效显著。

Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of negative pressure therapy of wounds （NPTW） combined with MEBO on treating pressure ulcers. Method： Curative effect of NPTW combined with MEBO on treating pressure ulcers was studied through observing pressure ulcers resulted from different causes in 30 patients. Results： 37 wounds of 30 patients were completedly healed, and the shortest healing time was 7 days, the longest 100 days. Conclusion： NPTW combined with MEBO on treating pressure ulcers is a simple, practical method, and has significant curative effect.
