摘要
目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与传统激素软膏对照治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效,探讨促进患儿舒适的尿布皮炎护理治疗方法。方法:采用随即分组方法对新乍儿重症监护室(NICU)100名尿布皮炎患者实施MEBO治疗和传统激素治疗。结果:MEBO治疗可减轻疼痛,减少感染和促进舒适。结论:ME- BO烧伤膏治疗NICU恢复期新生儿尿布皮炎疗效显著,无副作用,经济、方便,值得推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of MEBO compared with conventional hormonal ointment in treating neonate diaper dermatitis and to approach the bettter therapy to make pediatric patient comfort. Method： 100 neonates with diaper dermatisis in neonatal intensive care units （ NICU ） were divided randomly into 2 groups, which were treated with MEBO and conventional hormonal ointments respectively. Results： MEBO could reduce pain and infection greatly, and make patients more comfortable as well. Conclusion： The curative effect of MEBO on treating neonatal diaper dermatitis in convalescence stage of NICU has apparent effect with no side effects, and it is convenient, economic and worthy of popularization.
