摘要
目的:探讨颜面部软组织外伤的最佳修复方法。方法:对2000年6月～2007年6月,急诊外科接诊的126例207处颜面部软组织外伤创面,遵循细致的清创处理原则和微创缝合技术,实施美容整形修复技术治疗。结果:126例207处损伤创口均一期愈合,78%以上的术后病例经过3个月～6个月的随访,修复伤口呈细小线状,瘢痕轻微,外观满意,五官功能不受影响。结论:颜面部软组织外伤创面及时施行急诊美容整形修复术治疗,能够达到最佳的修复效果。
Objective： To approach the optimal method of repairing facial soft tissue injury in emergency. Method： Total 126 cases with facial soft tissue injuries in emergency were collected and treated with cosmetic surgery during a period of 01/2000 -01/2007, following fine debridement principles and mini -incision suture technique. Results： 207 wounds of 126 patients were primary healing. After following up for 3 - 6 months, repaired wounds of more than 78% patients showed only tiny hnear and hght scars with satisfactory appearance and unaffected functions of five sense.organs. Conclusion： Optimal effects could be reached by applying cosmetic surgery of repairing facial soft tissue injury in emergency cases.
