Nd:YAG激光照射后Dyract flow流动复合体封闭龋洞治疗儿童面浅龋

摘要 目的观察Nd∶YAG激光照射后用Dyract flow流动复合体封闭龋洞治疗儿童面浅龋的临床效果。方法80颗恒磨牙牙面浅龋,随机分成两组,每组40颗患牙。治疗组,经Nd∶YAG激光照射龋损后,用Dyract flow流动复合体封闭龋洞;对照组,用牙钻祛除龋坏牙体组织,用Dyract flow流动复合体封闭龋洞。治疗后1年及2年后复查Dyract flow流动复合体的保留率。结果治疗组40颗患牙中38颗Dyract flow流动复合体保存完好,保留率为95%;对照组40颗患牙中34颗Dyract flow流动复合体保存完好,保留率85%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论Nd∶YAG激光照射后用Dyract flow流动复合体封闭龋洞是治疗儿童面浅龋的安全有效的方法。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of light cure Dyract flow (LCDF) in occlusal shallow carriers of children after Nd:YAG laser irradiation. Methods Eighty permanent molars with occlusal shallow carries were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group in random. There were forty permanent molars in each group. The molars in treatment group were restored with light cure Dyract flow after the decayed enamels and dentin were cleaned with turbine drills. The patients were followed up after one year and two years. The conservation rates of Dyract flow were recorded respectively. Results The conservation rate of the treatment group was higher (95%), and that the control group was lower (85.0%). Conclusion It is an effective method to restore the occlusal shallow carries in children with Dyract flow after Nd : YAG laser irradiation.
