Mechanism and Handle Technology of Leather Spew

介绍了皮革油霜的形成机理,即:皮革在贮藏或使用时与外界不断进行着呼气、吸气动态过程,在革内水汽分子携带胶原纤维间隙的饱和脂肪酸及其酯迁移至革面,凝结成油霜白斑。消除油霜,重在预防,加强脱脂,选择低雾化值的加脂剂加脂。对未涂饰坯革油霜采用重回鼓,进行脱脂,水洗,再补色加脂的方法处理。对已涂饰成品革的油霜,采取高温滚烫,再用由水、JFC、轻质白油、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇组成亚稳定态乳浊液喷涂的方法处理。对革制品油霜可选用皮革神"美乳爽又亮"膏保养。

Abstract： The mechanism of leather spew was introduced, namely ： there was air and water vapor exchange in leather during its storage. The water vapor molecule took saturated fatty acid and ester to the leather surface, forming spew. The spew could be controlled by strengthening degreasing and choosing low fogging value fatliquor. The spew on the leather crust without finishing could he removed by putting leather to drum again, and degreasing, washing, dying and fatliquoring. The spew on finished leather could be removed by the following method： iron leather in high temperature, then spray leather with the mixed emulsion, containing water, JFC, light white oil, 2 - amino - 2 - methyl - 1 - propanol. The spew on leather goods could he removed by some leather caring products.
