多聚糖的氧化方法与效率

摘要 研究了淀粉和纤维素在一些氧化介质中的化学氧化和电氧化方法。在相同氧化条件下,化学氧化法的氧化效率高于电氧化法。采用NaIO4为氧化剂时,N(羰基)值(100个葡萄糖结构单元的淀粉和纤维素中的羰基数)分别为72.06(氧化淀粉)、60.21(氧化纤维素)。在电氧化中,氧化介质及反应物的质量对产物的影响不大,采用IO4-/IO3-电对时,氧化效率最高,N(羰基)值分别为60.43(氧化淀粉)、43.77(氧化纤维素)。 Two oxidation methods of chemical and electronic - chemical methods are studied with which starch and cellulose are oxidated in some media. It shows that the chemical oxidation is much efficient than electronic method in the same oxidative condition. When the oxidative media is sodium periodate, N(carbonyl) value( number of carbonyl in 100 glucose unit) is 72.06 in oxidized starch and 60.21 in oxidized cellulose. The quantity of oxidative medium or reactant has little influence on N( carbonyl) value in the electronic oxidation and a high N(carbonyl) value is 60.43 in oxidized starch and 43.77 in oxidized cellulose as oxidative media is IO4^-/ IO3^-
