配合物[Co(Hdhpmy)(H2O)3]·3H2O的合成、晶体结构和荧光性质 被引量:8

摘要 用溶液法合成了钴的配合物[Co(Hdhpmy)(H2O)3]·3H2O(H3dhpmy=4,6-二羟基嘧啶-2-硫醇乙酸),对它进行了元素分析、红外光谱、荧光等表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射测定了配合物的单晶结构。标题配位聚合物晶体属正交晶系,Pca21空间群。弱的π-π相互作用将单分子连接成一维链状结构,而氢键使配合物形成三维网状结构。 Coordination compound [Co(Hdhpmy)(H2O)3]·3H2O (H3dhpmy is 2-(4-hydroxy-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-2-yhhio)acetic acid) has been synthesized by solution method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra,fluorescence, and the crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title complex belongs to orthorhombic system, space group Pca21, with a=0.725 36(9) nm, b=1.361 72(16) nm, c=1.386 70(16) nm, V=1.369 7(3) nm^3, Z=4, Mr=367.20, Dc=1.781 g·cm^-3, F(000)=756,μ=1.456, R1=0.041 9, wR2= 0.075 0. The adjacent metal center is connected into one chain by weak π-π interactions between heterocyclic rings, furthermore the complex is extended into three-dimensional network by hydrogen bonds.
