封闭与开放——研究哈耶克理论的两个前提性问题

The Interpretation of Hayek’s Theory:Closeness or Openness

在当下对哈耶克理论的讨论中,有两个问题对解读哈耶克有着前提性意义,一是意识形态的"封闭"与"开放"的问题;二是哈耶克的理论及对它的解读相对于现代政治哲学讨论背景的"封闭"与"开放"问题。在现代政治哲学论争的视野下,如何开放性地思考哈耶克理论所具有的独特意义和可能潜力,正是哈耶克理论是否仍具有生命力的关键。目前对哈耶克的解读方式,有使哈耶克的理论沦为现代政治哲学论争之注脚的危险。由此,对哈耶克的理论解读需要一种"个殊化"的研究进路。

In the current discussion of Hayek＇ s theory, two problems have preconditional significance for the interpretation of Hayek＇ s theory. The first is about the ＂closeness＂ and ＂openness＂ of ideology, the other is the problem of ＂closeness＂ and ＂openness＂ in Hayek＇ s theory and understanding to it against the back- ground of modern political philosophy. There are two trends at present to interpret Hayek ＇ s theory both of which will in the final analysis make Hayek＇ s theory a footnote of the controversies in modern political philosophy in an analogical research. In order not to make the open discussion the footnote of discourse of modern political philosophy, this article adopts a specialized research mode to go into the construction process of Hayek＇ s theory.
