300MW机组锅炉系统优化分析与试验研究

摘要 华电青岛发电有限公司二期300 MW机组#3锅炉投产后,存在飞灰、大渣含碳量高、空气预热器漏风量大、一次风速高、粗粉分离器堵塞、煤粉细度不够、低负荷稳燃性能差、风机抢风严重等一系列影响锅炉效率的问题。通过1年的优化试验、运行调整试验及部分设备改造,使上述问题基本得到了解决,锅炉效率有显著提高。 The problems in 300 MW boiler have seriously impacted the efficiency since the operation of No. 3 boiler in Huadian Qingdao Power Generation Co., Ltd. , including the exist of fly ash, high carbon content in the slag, large air leakage in air preheater, over high-speed of the primary air, blockage in the coarse coal powder classifier, inferior coal fineness, unstable combustion at low load, and serious blower pinch etc. Almost all the problems were solved by the optimization test, operation adjustment test and the reconstruction for certain equipment, thus the boiler efficiency has been significantly increased.
