Analysis on the combustion conditions of 3030 t/h ultra-supercritical boiler

针对华电邹县发电厂1000 MW超超临界机组锅炉在试生产期间出现的炉膛结焦、排渣量大、渣中含原煤颗粒等问题,从锅炉设备的结构、设计、安装、以及运行维护等方面,分析了造成以上问题的原因,根据治理和改造经验,提出了预防措施和建议。

In view of problems in the trial operation of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in Zouxian Power Plant, such as furnace slagging, excessive slag discharging and coal particles mixed in slag, main causes for the problems were analyzed. This was made in the aspects of structure, design, installation, operation and maintenance etc. Based on the control and retrofitting experiences, the precautions and suggestions were proposed.
