摘要
分析了二极管箝位三电平拓扑及该电路的工作模式,提出了一种基于PWM整流器的平均模型,分析了控制算法,并将之应用在直驱型风力发电系统整流变换中。仿真结果表明,该PWM整流器可以有效地抑制注入电网的谐波,减小交流侧的电流波形畸变,实现功率因数可调以及能量的双向流动,适于风力发电系统。
The diode-clamped three-level rectifier which is suitable for Direct-drive wind turbine system is presented, the operating mode of the rectifier is analyzed, and a SVPWM control method which is based on the average model of PWM rectifier and tracked instruction voltage vector is derived in detail. The simulation results show that the harmonics is suppressed effectively, the distortion of AC current waveforms is decreased, the power factor can be adjusted, and the bi-direction flowing of energy is implemented.
