摘要
运用有限元法对地铁头车进行了模态分析,计算出了头车的固有频率和振型。结果表明,尾部端墙、靠近车尾处的底板、底板中部等部位是车内噪声的主要来源,故应在设计制造中加强这些部位的刚度,以提高其疲劳寿命,降低车内噪声。
The finite element method is used to make the modal analysis of metro head car,and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the head car are calculated.The result shows that such parts as the end wall in the rear,the bottom board near the rear of the car and the center of the bottom board are the main sources of noise inside the car.Therefore, the stiffness of these parts should be strengthened in design and manufacture to improve the fatigue life and reduce the noise inside car.
