摘要
根据流体力学原理,建立高密度管层流冷却系统水动力学模型,详细分析了各环节流动能量损失,利用VB语言开发出一套水力性能计算系统,为设备的设计提供依据,并定量的分析了各结构参数对水力学性能的影响。该计算系统经多套设备实际数据检验,误差不超过5%。
Hydrodynamics model is established with hydrodynamics principle, fluid energy loss is analyzed roundly,then a hydraulic property computing system is developed with VB software. The result error is no more than 5 percent. It is very useful for the design of the device. Finally, the efect of structure parameters on hydraulic property is analyzed with this computing system.
