摘要
以某实际项目新式十八辊轧机的辊系为研究对象,利用大型非线性有限元软件MARC,建立了辊系有限元分析模型,该模型考虑了轧件的弹塑性变形和轧辊的弹性变形,实现了轧件与轧辊的耦合分析;计算出辊系的变形大小;分析了不同辊系配置参数对工作辊变形的影响;针对该十八辊轧机总结出辊系合理配置的一些规律,在现实生产中对十八辊轧机辊系的调整具有一定的指导意义,同时也可作为其他多辊轧机辊系配置的参考。
By use of FEM soft-ware Marc, the eighteen-high strip mill as a research aim, the finite element model of rollers is set up. In the model the deformation of both mill and strip are considered as a whole, so as to resolve the coupling problem between them, By the way of affect function, rollers system deformation is calculated; then the work roller deformation due to different rolling parameters is analyzed, finally several rules about rolling parameters are summaized. All above research will offer calculation method and reference data to assemble rollers cluster.
