摘要
针对提速调图后电务维修的新要求,就如何有效利用"天窗"时间,提高设备检修质量,加强维修管理,提高管理、指挥、效能,进行了研究。
Aimed at new requirements of signaling and communication maintenance after the regulation of train diagram for speed-up, the author explored how to efficiently utilize skylight time to improve the quality of maintenance and to strengthen repair management, and to enhance management, command,and efficiency.
