摘要
基于系统过程用能三环节分析模式和生产装置现场标定数据,对轻油型和中油型2种不同类型加氢裂化装置进行能量平衡测试和过程用能评价,分析工艺流程、催化剂、设备技术和类型等方面对装置用能的影响,从装置设计和工艺操作等方面探讨加氢裂化装置的节能方向和途径。
Based on three-link energy structural model and production calibration data, the energy balance test and process energy utilization analysis is carried out for the two typical hydrocracking units, which are applied to produce maximum heavy naphtha and middle distillates respectively. The effect of process configuration, catalyst, equipment technology and type on energy utilization level is analyzed in detail. Energy-saving directions and approaches of hydrocracking units are probed into from the aspects of unit design and operation.
