摘要
文章介绍了一种测定石油氧化物中羟值的简便方法——乙酰化法。该方法利用乙酰化试剂酯化石油氧化产物中的羟基,然后用氢氧化钠溶液中和酯化和水解过程中生成的乙酸,通过样品和空白样消耗氢氧化钠溶液的体积之差来求得羟值。该方法具有操作简便、快速、准确等优点,可用于常规方法无法测量的复杂混合物中羟值的测定。
This article introduces a simple method, which is acetylation method, to determinate the hydroxy content in petroleum oxidation products. The hydroxy can be esterified in petroleum oxidation products by using the acetylation reagent through the method. Then we use the sodium hydroxide solution to neutralize the acetic acid that is produced in the process of esterification and hydrolization. By comparing the volume of sodium hydroxide solution which can be consumed in the samples and the blank samples, we can obtain the hydroxy content. After investigation, it was found that this method possessed many advantages, such as easy to operation, quick speed and accuracy and so on. And it is applicable for determining the hydroxy values of the complicated compound which can not be measured by the conventional ways.
