摘要
学校德育缺乏针对性与实效性,一个主要原因就是对教育对象——学生个体道德成长规律的视而不见。学校德育必须根据个体道德成长存在的规律,创建真实的道德冲突,抓住道德情感体验和道德意志训练,引发、激活学生的内在发展需求,才能取得德育的实效性。
School moral education is showing lack of accordance and efficiency. One of its important reasons is that it turns a blind eye to the regulation of the students' moral growth as an individual. Only when the school moral education is accordance with the rules of an individual's moral growth, creates real moral conflicts, gets hold of the moral experience of affection and the training of moral volition, initiates and activates the students' inner needs of development, can it acquire the real effect of moral education.
