摘要
以桑木枝为原料,二氧化碳为为活化剂,通过物理活化法制备活性炭。考察了活化温度、活化时间和季节推移对活性炭结构和脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,活化温度越高,活化时间越长,样品的得率越高,碘吸附值越大;且四季所得活性炭样品性能不同,春天样品的性能最好,得率、碘吸附值和比表面积最高分别为21.72%、878.56mg/g和712.10 m2/g。对于春天样品,经过200min,脱硫效率仍可达到100%,400min以后脱硫效率降到80%左右。
Activated carbons were prepared from different season's mulberry wood with carbon dioxide as activating agent. The relationship between the activation condition and structure of activated carbons and the desulfurization performance was studied. The result showed that, with the increase of activation temperature and time, the yield and iodine adsorption capacity of the activated carbons increased; the activated carbons from different season's mulberry wood had different performance, and that from spring's mulberry wood was the best. For the activated carbon from spring's mulberry wood, the yield, iodine adsorption capacity and BET surface area were up to 21.72%, 878. 56mg/g and 712.10 m^2/g, respectively, and desulphurization efficiency kept 100% in 200 min and descended to 80% after 400min.
