摘要
在对比传统脱硫方法的基础上,结合B io-SR工艺特点,分析了该工艺应用于天然气脱硫净化的可行性。通过单因素实验考察了初始Fe3+浓度、原料气浓度和初始pH值等因素对脱硫效率的影响,初步确定了适宜的控制参数。实验结果表明,该工艺对气量大、低浓度H2S(<1000mg/m3)有快速高效的净化作用,出气达到管输天然气标准。
The Bio-SR process is a unique desulphurization process that employs bacteria to regenerate its gastreating solution. Compared with other processes, this technology has many advantages. No special chemicals or catalysts are required. The effects of various operation parameters, such as hydrogen sulfide concentration of feed gas, initial Fe^3+ concentration and pH value of the desulfurization solution, on the desulfurization efficiency of the Bio-BR process were studied experimentally. The experimental results showed that Bio-BR process has a large gas treating capacity and better desulfurization efficiency for the gas with low concentration H2S( 〈 1000mg/m^3), and the purified gas attains the pipeline standard of natural gas.
