Determination of Total Phenols in Zizyphus jujuba Mill.by Folin-Ciocaileu Colorimetry

采用Folin-Ciocaileu比色法对红枣中的总酚进行检测,结果表明,该方法简便、快速、准确,是检测红枣总酚的可靠方法。

Total phenols in Zizyphus jujuba Mill. were determined by Folin-Ciocaileu colorimetry. The results showed that this method was convenient, rapid and accurate and it was the reliable method for determining total phenols in Z. jujuba.
