摘要
[目的]探讨应用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取蜂花粉。[方法]采用4因素3水平的正交设计法和方差分析,研究萃取温度和萃取压力对萃取效果的影响。[结果]蜂花粉超临界CO2萃取最佳条件:萃取温度50℃、萃取压力20 MPa、分离1温度40℃、分离1压力7 MPa、分离2温度35℃、分离2压力5 MPa、萃取时间3 h。[结论]超临界CO2萃取技术在养蜂生产及蜂产品加工业中有广泛的应用前景,值得进一步研究。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the application of supercritical CO2 extraction in extracting bee pollen. [Method] The orthogonal design with 4-factor and 3-level and variance analysis were used to study the influences of extracting temperature and extracting pressure on the extraction effects. [ Result] The optimum conditions for supercritical CO2 extraction of bee pollen were as follows:the extracting temperature was 50 ℃, the extracting pressure was 20 MPa, the 1st separation temperature was 40 ℃, the 1st separation pressure was 7 MPa, the 2nd separation temperature was 35 ℃, the 2nd separation pressure was 5 MPa and the extracting time was 3 h. [ Conclusion] Supercritical CO2 extraction technology had a broad application foreground in the beekeeping production and the processing industry of bee products.
