含笑花挥发性成分研究

Studies on the Volatile Component in Michelia figo

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取含笑花中的挥发性成分,出油率为0.36%。运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析,从中分离出48个色谱峰,鉴定39个化合物,占总量的80%。

The volatile components were extracted from micheliafigo by water steam distillation and the oil yielding rate was 0.36%. Through analyzing by GC-MS technology, 48 chromatographic peaks were separated and 39 compounds were identified, occupying 80% of total amount.
