摘要
[目的]研究小麦谷蛋白膨胀指数(SIG)与小麦品质性状的关系。[方法]利用小麦京771和Pm97034杂交产生的重组自交系(RIL)群体,对SIG与8个品质性状的关系进行数量遗传分析。[结果]相关分析表明:除膨胀势和蛋白质含量外,SIG值与Zeleny沉淀值、面筋指数、湿面筋含量、谷蛋白大聚合体(GMP)含量等性状值都达到极显著的正相关,其中与Zeleny沉淀值的相关系数最大(r=0.783,P<0.01),而与碱性水保持力(AWRC)和籽粒硬度呈极显著和显著的负相关性;多元线性回归分析表明:湿面筋含量、Zeleny沉淀值、膨胀势、AWRC、籽粒硬度、蛋白质含量等6个性状值与SIG值有较强的线性关系,建立了回归方程;通径分析表明:Zeleny沉淀值对SIG值的直接影响最大,湿面筋含量和膨胀势对SIG值的间接影响较大。[结论]该研究为小麦品质育种研究提供了必要的理论依据。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the relationship between the swelling index of glutenin (SIG) and quality, characters of wheat. [ Method] The recombined inbred line (RIL) population bred by the hybridization of wheat Jing 771 and Pn97034 was used to do quantitative genetic analysis on the relationship between SIG and the 8 quality characters. [ Result ] The correlation analysis showed that except for swelling potential and protein content, SIG value had extremely significantly positive correlation with the character values of Zeleny sedimentation value, gluten index, wet gluten and glutenin macropolymer (GMP) contents, in which the coefficient with Zeleny sedimentation value was biggest (r =0.783, P 〈 0.01), but it had extremely significantly and significantly negative correlation with alkali water retention capacity (AWRC) and grain hardness. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the 6 character values of wet gluten content, Zeleny sedimen .ration value, swelling potential, AWRC, grain hardness and protein content had stronger linear relationship with SIG value, The regression equation was established. The path analysis showed that the direct influence of Zeleny sedimentation value on SIG value was biggest, The indirect influence of wet gluten content and swelling potential on SIG value was bigger. [ Conclusion] The study provided necessaty theoretical basis for the quality breeding research of wheat.
