青藏高原东北部冬葵种子萌发特性的研究

摘要 [目的]研究青藏高原冬葵种子的萌发特性,为人工种植和植被恢复提供依据。[方法]采用后熟、低温、温汤浸种、GA3和KNO3处理对2组种子冬葵种子的萌发特性进行研究。[结果]后熟、GA3处理对2组种子发芽情况的影响差异达显著水平,后熟分别使发芽率由6.67%、7.78%,提高到21.33%、33.33%;GA3处理,发芽率随GA3浓度的增加,呈现低、高、低的趋势,以GA3200 mg/L处理的种子萌发效果最佳;温汤浸种、KNO3处理对2组种子发芽情况的影响差异达极显著水平,其中温汤浸种处理的种子,发芽率随水温的升高而升高,以70℃水浸种后萌发效果最优,发芽率分别由21.33%、33.33%,提高到73.33%9、0%;KNO3处理组,发芽率在处理浓度为250 mg/L时为最佳水平。[结论]自然状态下冬葵种子发芽率极低,经后熟、低温、温汤浸种、GA3和KNO3处理后发芽率显著提高。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the seed germination characteristics of Malva verticillata L. in Tibetan Plateau and provide basis for its artificial planting and vegetation restoration, [Method] The 2 group seeds of germination characteristics of M, verticillata were studied by using afterripening, low-temperature, soaking the "seeds with hot water, GA3 and KNO3 treatments, [Result] The differences of the effects on the germination of 2 group seeds in afterripening and GA3 treaments reached at significant level. In afterripening treatment, the germination rates of 2 group seeds were increased from 6.67% and 7.78% to 21.33% and 33.33% respectively. In GA3 treatment, the gemaination rate showed a trend of decreasing-increasingdecreasing with the increasing of GA3 concentration, with the best gemination effect of the seeds in the treatment of 200 mg/L GA3. The differences of the effects on the germination of 2 group seeds in the treatments of soaking the seeds with hot water and KNO3 reached at extremely significant level. In the treatment of soaking the seeds with hot water, the germination rate was increasod with the increasing of water temperature, with the best germination effect of the seeds after being soaked with water at 70 ℃ .The germination rates of 2 group seeds were increased from 21.33% and 33.33% to 73.33% and 90%. In the treatment of KNO3, the germination rate was at the best level when the treatment concentration was 250 mg/L. [Conclusion] The seed germination rate of M. verticillata was very low under natural conditions and the gemination rate was significantly increased after the treatments of afterripening, low- temperature, soaking the seeds with hot water, GA3 and KNO3.
