摘要 [目的]解决银柴胡种植的技术问题,为银柴胡的人工种植提供理论依据。[方法]设不喷任何激素(CK)和喷GA320 mg/kg(C1)、NAA 5 mg/kg(C2)6、-BA 5 mg/kg(C3)、GA320 mg/kg+NAA 5 mg/kg+6-BA 5 mg/kg(C4)5个处理,分别测定3种植物激素对银柴胡的伤害度、游离脯氨酸含量、根系活力及根冠比的影响,研究各处理后银柴胡的生长、生理特性。[结果]各处理对银柴胡株高、根冠比、根系活力、在不同温度下的伤害度、游离脯氨酸含量的影响均达到极显著水平。除处理C4外,其他处理株高均高于CK,处理C1最高,其次是处理C2;处理C1、C3的根冠比最大,高于CK;各处理均增强了银柴胡的根系活力;经-20℃冷冻处理后,各处理的伤害度均低于CK,而抗寒性增强。处理C3的伤害度最小,电解质外渗较少,故其抗寒性最好,其次是处理C4;处理C2游离脯氨酸含量最高。[结论]处理C1明显促进银柴胡幼苗生长;各处理均能提高银柴胡根系活力,增强其抗寒性、抗热性和抗旱性。处理C3的根系活力和抗旱性最强。 [Objective] The research aimed to solve the technical problem in the planting of SteUaria dicholom L. and provide theoretical basis for the artificial planting of S. dichotoma. [Method] 5 treatments including not spaying any hormone(CK), spraying 20 mg/kg GA3(C1 ), 5 mg/kg NAA(C2), 5 mg/kg 6-BA(C3)and 20 mg/kg GA3 plus 5 mg/kg NAA and 6-BA 5 mg/kg (C4) were set up to determine the effects of 3 kinds of plant hormones on the damage degree,the content of free proline,root system vigor and the root-top rate of S. dichotoma. And the growth and physiological characteristics of S. dichotoma after each treatment were studied. [Result] The effects of each treatment on the plant height, the root-top rate, root system vigor, the damage degree at different temperature, the content of free proline all reached the extremely significant level. The plant height in all the treatments except C4 were higher than that of CK, in which the plant height in treatment C1 was highest, followed by C2. The mot-top rate in C1 and C3 were maximum, higher than that of CK. The mot system vigor of S. dichotoma in each treatment was strengthened. After the freezing treatment at - 20 ℃, the damage degree in all treatments were all lower than that of CK and the cold resistance was strengthened. The damage degree in C3 was minimum and the electrolyte leakage was less, so its cold resistance was best, followed by C4. The content of free proline in C2 was highest. [Conclusion] Treatment C1 promoted the seedling growth of S. dichotoma. All treatments could increase system vigor of S. dichotoma and strengthen its cold resistance, heat resistance and drought resistance. The mot system vigor and drought resistance in treatment C3 was strongest.
