Research Status of Heavy Metal Pollution in Vegetables and Its Control Measures

论述了蔬菜重金属的污染现状、蔬菜对重金属的吸收和积累能力的差异,综合分析了蔬菜吸收重金属的影响因素,并且提出了降低和控制蔬菜重金属污染的对策及今后的研究方向。

The current status of heavy metal pollution in vegetables, the differences of the absorption and accumulation abilities in vegetables to heavy metals were reviewed. The influencing factors on the absorption of heavy metals in vegetables were synthetically analyzed. And some countermeasures for reducing and controlling heavy metal pollution in vegetables and the research direction and prospects in future were put forward.
