Problems and Countermeasures in Chinese Water-saving Irrigation

对我国近期节水灌溉的发展进行了总结,分析了节水灌溉发展中存在的主要问题。为达到"十一五"对我国节水灌溉发展提出的目标,针对不同问题提出了相应的对策。

The recent development of water-saving irrigation in China was summarized and the main problems in the development of water-saving irrigation were analyzed. For achieving the aims suggested in the llth 5-year plan for the development of water-saving irrigation in China, the corresponding countermeasures aiming at different problems were suggested.
