Study on the Development of Network Information Resources in the New Countryside Construction

讨论社会主义新农村建设中网络信息资源开发与开展网络信息服务的有关问题,分析新农村建设对网络信息服务的要求,指出新农村建设中网络信息资源开发应遵循的原则,提出新农村建设中网络信息资源开发的基本策略,并总结出一般开发流程。

The problems about the development of network information resources and the service of network information in the reconstruction of new socialist villages were discussed. The requirements of new countryside construction for the service of network information were analyzed. The principles should be followed by the development of network hfformation resources in the new countryside construction were pointed out. The basic strategy of developing network information resources in the new countryside construction was suggested and the common development flow was summarized.
