河南烤烟(40级)挥发碱含量及其规律性研究

THE VOLATILE SODA CONTENTS AND ITS LAW OF TOBACCO LEAVES OF HENAN FLUE CURED TOBACCO (40 GRADES STANDARD)

测定了河南烤烟（４０级）各等级烟叶的挥发碱含量．通过分析可知：不同部位的烟叶以上部叶挥发碱含量最高，中部叶次之，下部叶最低；部位相同时，烟叶颜色越深，挥发碱含量越高；部位相同颜色相同时，烟叶等级越高，挥发碱含量越低．此外，挥发碱含量还与烟叶成熟度、叶片结构等有关系．这一结论为研究各等级烟叶的质量特点及其在卷烟配方中的合理使用提供了依据．

The volatile soda contents of 40 grades standard of flue cured tobacco of Henan is determined.The analytic data show that the content of the volatile soda of the upper leaves are higher than that of the middle leaves and higher than that of the lower leaves;the content of the darker leaves are higher than that of the lighter leaves with the same stalk position;in the same stalk position and same colour leaves,the better the quality is,the higher the content of the volatile soda is.In addition,the content of the volatile soda of the tobacco leaves is relevant to maturety and leaf structure of tobacco leaves.A reference basis is provided for studing the quality characteristic and properly using in the cigarette blending design of every grade tobacco leaf.
