郁消汤对急性脑卒中后抑郁症患者血清5-羟色胺的影响

Effect of Yuxiao Decoction on level of 5-hydroxyptamin in serum of patients with post-stroke depression

目的评价中药复方郁消汤对急性脑卒中后抑郁症患者血清5-羟色胺（5-HT）的影响。方法将80例急性脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组（给予郁消汤和百忧解联合治疗）和对照组（单用百忧解治疗），疗程4周。治疗前后，分别应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评估疗效，同时测定外周血清5-HT水平。结果治疗前后，两组在改善汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及外周血清5-HT水平方面均有不同程度改善（P〈0．01或〈0．05），但治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论郁消汤能明显改善急性脑卒中后抑郁症患者外周血清5-HT水平和抑郁症状：

Objective To evaluate the effect of Yuxiao Decoction on level of 5-hydroxyptamin （5-HT） in serum of patients with post-stroke depression. Methods 80 patients with post-stroke depression were ran-domly divided into the treatment group（n=40）and control group（ n=40）. All patients were treated with prozac for 4 weeks. Patients in the treatment group were also given Yuxiao Decoction. Before and after treatment,all the patients were evaluated with the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD） ,while the level of 5-HT in serum of patients were measured. Results The total score of HAMD and the level of 5-HT of two groups were significantly different between and after treatment（P〈0.01or〈0.05）, but compared with control group, the level of 5-HT increased remarkably. Conclusion Yuxiao Decoction can raise 5-HT level in patients with post-stroke depression and alleviate symptoms of depression significantly.
