基于PKI的数字签名技术在电子病历中的应用,解决了一系列的实际和法律问题。通过广西CA为各医生护士签发数字证书,医护人员在进行相关业务操作时,用数字证书保证传递的数据安全,有效地保证敏感信息的机密性和完整性,防止各种抵赖行为,实现电子病历的无纸化管理。

Digital signature （DS） applied in clinical information system （CIS） will ensure the electrical medical record not to be tampered and denied. PKI based DS technology will add a reliable time stamp in EMR, it could make many problems in practice and law being solved. With the application of DS certificate issued by the CA center, the clinicians could use their own DS certificate in the processes clinical care to ensure the safety of data and information transmission. It will effectively guarantee the secrecy and integrity of sensitive information and prevent the disavowed actions, so as to realize real paperless management with electrical medical record.
