摘要
目的利用2种多普勒超声心动图技术测量100例正常小儿左心室Tei指数测值,比较两种结果的差异,并探讨其影响因素。方法①PW条件下,于心尖四腔观和心尖五腔观,获得二尖瓣口和主动脉瓣口血流频谱,测量二尖瓣口舒张期血流频谱止点到下一血流频谱起点时间(a)和主动脉瓣口收缩期血流频谱持续时间(b),Tei-1指数=(a-b)/b;②TDI条件下,于心尖四腔观、心尖二腔观获得后间隔、左室侧壁、前壁和下壁的二尖瓣环运动频谱,分别测量每一频谱的a和b,分别计算出4个位点的Tei指数,取其均值(Tei-2)。结果两种方法测量正常小儿左心Tei指数测值分别为0.46±0.13和0.50±0.09,两种测量结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论正常小儿左心Tei指数测值与成年人报道结果高度一致,且与心率、年龄、血压及体表面积不相关。
Objective To compare the Tei - index results of left ventricle(LV) in 100 normal children using two methods of Doppler echocardiography and discuss the influence factors. Methods ①PW velocity spectra of mitral orifice and aortic orifice were obtained respectively at apical four - charmber veiw and five - charmber veiw. The time from the end of mitral filling flow velocity to the next beginning of it(a) and the time of aortic ejection(b) were measured and Tei index was calculated from equation: (Tei- 1 ) = (a-b)/b; ②TDI velocity profiles of mitral annulus at four sites corresponding to LV posteroseptal, lateral, anterior and inferior walls at apical four - charmber veiw and two - charmber veiw. The a and b of the four sites were measured and mean Tei index of them were calculated (Tei - 2). Results There had no statistical significance between Tei - 1 and Tei - 2 (0.46±0.13 vs 0.50±0.09) ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The Tel - index results in children have high consistent with adults, which have no relations with heart rate, age, blood pressure and body surface aera.
