急性超容性血液稀释及控制性降压用于肿瘤根治术观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察急性超容性血液稀释(AHH)及控制性降压对肿瘤病人的血液动力学、血液成分、凝血功能、术中出血等的影响,探讨AHH及控制性降压在肿瘤根治手术中应用的可行性。方法 选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期行肿瘤根治手术的病人,静吸复合麻醉下行AHH和控制性降压,术中持续观察ECG、SpO2、Bp、HR、MAP、CVP、PETCO2及尿量;AHH前、后和术毕测定Hb、Hct、PC、PT、TT、APTT和FG,称重法测定术中失血量。结果 所有病人ECG、SpO2、PETCO2术前、术中及术后无明显变化;BP、HR、MAP术中基本稳定;CVP于AHH后轻度升高;AHH后Hb、Hct显著降低;AHH后尿量明显增多。手术前后Hb、Hct、PC、PT、TT、APTT及FG无明显变化;术中出血量明显减少。结论 AHH和控制性降压可用于肿瘤根治手术。
