2月13日,世界贸易组织（WTO）就美国、欧盟、加拿大诉中国汽车零部件进口关税案作出了初步裁定：中国制订的《构成整车特征的汽车零部件进口管理办法》违反了WTO规则。
On Feb 13, the WTO worked out the preliminary judgment for case of complaint lodged by America, EU and Canada against Chinese auto parts tariff： The Measures for the Administration of Import of Automobile Components and Parts Featuring Complete Vehicles formulated by China contravenes WTO principle.
